2, ZL720 auto forming filling packaging machine

This machine equips with bag-making, cutting, code printing, etc. to make pillow bag SIEMENS  PLC and Touch Screen,Panasonic servo motor, Japanese Photo Sensor, Korean Air valve, etc . Stainless Steel for body. Servo driving for the film pulling .

PS: It can second time film pulling function and do Max bag length is 730MM.

3. Multihead weighing machine 

Main Features

 

1: The machine is controlled by three servor motors,with continuous pulling filmsystem and of maximum speed which can catch 120 bags/min.
2: New exterior appearance and combined type of frame are made the machine become more precision on the whole.
3: The electric box which can be moved combined to the whole machine handily as well as the touch screen does.
4: The Servo Pulling Film System comprises the vacuum pump and planetary gear reductor. It works stably and had long performance life.

Installation/ Training: The installation can be provided by the IAPACK company. It must be after shipment has arrived and factory must ready equipped with all necessary requirement before booking installation with IAPACK company . Our engineers will come to the site for the complete and final installation. During the installation session, a 2-3 day training course will be provided to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The salary at US$100/person/day plus all local transportation, air tickets(round trip), and minimum of 3 star hotel room & board is provided. Day charges include travel days.
