1.What kind of product can be packed by the rotary pouch packing machine?
Cooperated with different dosing system, it is applicable to packing granules, powder, flowing liquid, and paste.

2.Can we adopt different pouches in one machine?
Generally, for pouches not of large difference and within the specification, it is achievable. However, if the pouch type is of widely disparity, say, spout pouches and zipper pouches, it is not feasible. We will analyze specifically about your requirements.

3.How could we know whether this machine can meet our requirements or not?
First of all, packaging solutions will be recommended after analysis of your detailed requirements (say, bag type, bag size, target weight/volume, accuracy, speed and ect.), together with CAD drawings, files and videos for reference. Furthermore, if necessary, we are willing to do a test with your samples, and offer further analysis, testing reports and videos for your confirmation.

4.What if I have problems in installation, operation, and maintenance?
Instruction manual, wiring diagram, and referenced parameters will be sent to you after shipment. And our aftersales supporting team will offer you suggestions and solutions to any problem occurred during installation, operation, and maintenance by emails or videos for life. Also, the main parts, not consumptive parts, are warranted for 1-2 years. What's more, if a technician is needed to debug the machine or to train operators, we can arrange to dispatch an experienced technician to your country (the technician's cost shall be for customer's account).

5. Where can we buy the spare part for maintenance?
There's a batch of consumptive parts shipping along with the machine for free. And usually it is recommended to buy another batch of consumptive parts for 1-2 years, in order to save shipping cost for parts in the future. Well, if some parts are needed in operation, common parts are in stock to assure the delivery time within 3 days, and can be sent by express.

6.What is the payment term and delivery time for the machine?
It is stipulated that 30% advance by T/T as down payment to start manufacturing, and the balance should be paid off before machines being shipped out of factory. Regarding the delivery time, generally, it takes 35-50 days after down payment. It depends on specific orders.

7. How to inspect the machine?
We have set out strict inspection procedures to ensure the quality and function of the machine. After qualified testing, we will provide you with photos and videos of the machine in operation for check. And it would be our honor to have you visit our factory and inspect the machine on spot
