1 Introduction:

The Series Tubular Form, Fill, Seal Bagging machine is special packaging system for tubular film. It efficiently handles various free-flowing products from the industrial, chemical, and nutrition industries, including plastic pellets, resins, special polymers, fertilizers, and animal feed.This bagging machine provides fast-paced performance by simultaneously forming, filling, and sealing bags. It can adjust quickly for different bag lengths and widths and is adaptable to virtually any production capacity.The installation is quick and easy, and the design allows full access to control, adjustment, and maintenance, all within a small footprint.

Features:
1.The electric cabinet and packaging machine are integrated into one, with a compact structure that saves space and is easy to install and maintain on site
2.The standard K-type bag corner sealing mechanism makes the bag packaging finished product more square and increases the stability of the pallet after palletizing
3.The main drive system of the swing arm is a servo motor driving the cam device, which drives the swing arm repeatedly, with accurate and reliable positioning
4.The film pulling system is driven by a servo motor to accurately control the bag length, and the bag length parameters can be adjusted with one click on the operation interface
5.The heating wire and temperature controller for the bag bottom, bag mouth and K-type bag corner sealing are all imported from Germany, with instant hot melting and beautiful sealing
6.The proprietary post-heat sealing cooling system for the bag bottom and bag mouth ensures stable heat sealing
7.Optional piercing and exhaust mechanism

During the installation session, a 2-3 day training course will be provided to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The salary at US$100/person/day plus all local transportation, air tickets(round trip), and minimum of 3 star hotel room & board is provided. Day charges include travel days.
